I have been, but it was easier when I had my niece's 23-y/o boyfriend around to drag it all out to the garbage ;) (Did I mention I live on the 3rd floor with no lift??)

I wouldn't call Isaac 'buff,' but he was strong and useful, and young enough not to tire easily. I can't tell you how many trips he made up and down the stairs for me!!!
